Russia intends to impose absolute embargo on Ukraine's agroexport in 2016, - Yatseniuk

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk believes Russia will impose an absolute embargo on Ukrainian agricultural products in 2016 due to the entry into force of the EU-Ukraine free trade agreement.

This is reported by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"They (the Russian Federation - ed.) want to impose an embargo on the export of agricultural products after the entry into force of the EU-Ukraine free trade agreement effective Jan. 1, 2016... As I see it, they will completely stall the market, so when it comes to zero, we will continue searching for new markets and increasing the exports," he said at a briefing after the meeting with grain traders in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi on Friday.
