This was announced by the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk during a press conference, Censor.NET reports citing UNN.
"I believe that the Minsk agreements have failed to bring the expected results. The demands and expectations seem to have been too high... Yes, the Minsk agreements do not work," Leonid Kravchuk said.
He also believes there is hardly anything out there for the Minsk agreements to be effective in the current format.
"We need to look for a possible shift of the Minsk format to a different one - Geneva or Budapest. I support the Budapest format, but Geneva would do for us as well. Of course, with the participation of the United States," Leonid Kravchuk resumed.
