"It's been scorching hot in the Luhansk region for three days on. Terrorists have deprived themselves of water, and the population in the occupied territory might face an epidemic. Neglecting the agreements, they continue to torture people. Repairers have already left for the site, they will try to fix it. We do not want any epidemic neither on the territory of the so-called "LPR" nor on the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government," Luhansk Governor Heorhii Tuka said.
