The situation in the Luhansk and Artemivsk sectors remains traditionally tense.

'LPR' militants shelled the ATO forces' positions for 18 times. Particularly, positions near the villages of Stanytsia Luhanska, Krymske, Zolote, and Triokhizbenka, as well as near the town of Shchastia were shelled, Censor.NET reports citing the оfficial website of the ATO speaker in the Luhansk region.

'LPR' militants fired from anti-tank systems and SPG-9 units at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the south-eastern outskirts of Triokhizbenka village from the village of Pryshyb from 11:34 a.m. till 12:15 a.m. A Ukrainian checkpoint near Novotoshkivka was fired at with small arms from the 'LPR'-held Zholobok village at 1:45 p.m.

Positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the Luhansk power station and near the bridge over Siverskyi Donets River (Shchastia town area) were shelled twice in the evening from AGS-17, machine guns, and small arms. At 9 p.m., a massive artillery attack was carried out at Zolote villlage in the Popasna raion. As a result, gas pipeline was damaged.

Army positions in Stanytsia Luhanska have been once again massively shelled from 120mm mortars, AGS-17 machine guns, SPG-9, and small arms from 10 p.m. till 4 a.m. There is no information about casualties among the servicemen and the civilians.
