"It is not only about humanitarian aid and evacuation (first of all, of children). It is about restoration of infrastructure as well. We are actively involved in restoration of electricity, gas, and water supply. We also contribute to the exchange of prisoners. All this is possible thanks to the favorable attitude of the local population," he said.

The local population started treating us radically better. Marinka was released a year ago and our group immediately entered the town. "The most low suport is observed in the Luhansk region. It is still difficult to work there. The Donetsk region remains more pro-Ukrainian," he said.
