U.S. blames Russia on aggravation in Donbas

The U.S. State Department is concerned about the deteriorating situation in the east of Ukraine.

This was announced by the authority's spokesman John Kirby at a briefing on Monday, Aug. 10, Censor.NET reports citing Dozhd.

He explains the concern is due to a sharp increase in the number of attacks in the east of Ukraine. In particular, the representative of the State Department mentioned the OSCE cars' arson in Donetsk stressing a need to ensure security of the mission representatives.

According to Kirby, Russia and Russia-backed separatists can not talk peace and wage war at the same time.
