Censor.NET reports citing Feygin's website.
"This is expert review of the video shot by separatist fighter Yegor Russkiy during a military clash near Luhansk on July 17, 2014. It is known that Nadia Savchenko has already been captured by the "Luhansk People's Republic" fighters. Since this moment, he has her alibi confirming that she could not be adjusting fire at the Russian journalists," Feigin said about publication of the documents.
The lawyer posted in his Twitter: "Savchenko was captured at 10:30 a.m. This is shown at the video shot by Russkiy. Voloshyn and Kornelyuk were killed at 12 p.m." He goes on to say that "Savchenko's defense conducted all procedural work on the case and proved her innocence. But she would be found guilty and sentenced anyway."
