Yatseniuk announced enrollment of National Police leadership

More than 30 commanders of the Interior Ministry special forces have been awarded state, governmental, and departmental awards.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk encourages special police units' commanders to take part in a competition to occupy leading positions in the National Police, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"I believe your experience should be completely shared with the National Guard and the National Police operation corps. We have launched a competition for the new leadership of the National Police with a special forces operation corps being created at the moment. I would like to request every one of you to take part in this competition," the prime minister said on Friday in Kyiv while awarding commanders of special purpose police units.

The PM has no doubt the units' commanders will pass the tests. "I have no doubt you will pass these tests, because you have passed the test of life. You will head the relevant units and proceed to develop and ensure peace and order in our country," Yatseniuk said.
