The Russian-terrorist forces threaten to use their artillery in case if the Ukrainian army starts answering to the everyday cases of Minsk agreements violations committed by the militants. They also promise to advance at least until they capture the whole Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
But this boasting revealed us the Russian artillery base with 2S1 'Gvozdika' self propelled guns and 9K51 'Grad' multiple rocket launchers, which is located in the territory of the 'Donbasantratsit' SE in the center of Krasnyi Luch. The R-142 radio station was also identified on one of the pictures.
All the buildings and objects on the photo match the objects on the map.
It should be reminded that we found several pictures in the profile of a Russian terrorist who disclosed a militant transfer point in Rostov in the beginning of May, 2015 during another open source investigation. There were also photos from April, 2015 showing great concentration of the military equipment - but it was not possible to identify its exact location.
"Now we can see that the territory of 'Donbasantratsyt' has became a military base where the Russian-terrorist artillery was constantly located," the investigative journalists wrote.
According to the media, despite the fact that Donbasantratsyt is the State Enterprise, it is actually controlled by Luhansk businessman Volodymyr Honcharov. He is known as the owner of the 'European Integration' financial group and the assistant of former leader of the Party of Regions faction in the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Yefremov.
It is known that the state owned Centrenergo PJSC published the data on transactions for the supply of 7.7 million tons of coal in the "Bulletin of the state purchases" in the first half of 2015. According to these data, Honcharov's company, which mines are located in the occupied territory, should supply nearly 600 tons of coal worth of 792 million hryvnia (about $34,5 million) to the state.
