OSCE confirms 21 trucks with "cargo 200" proceeded from Ukraine to Russia over the year

The OSCE monitoring mission recorded 21 vehicles with "cargo 200" inscribed on them crossing the Russian-Ukrainian border. But the observers cannot tell exactly what was inside.

This was stated by head of the OSCE mission in the Rostov region Paul Picard, Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

The movement of 21 vehicles with "cargo 200" (code word referring to casualties for transportation in the Russian military) inscribed on them across the Russian-Ukrainian border was recorded at the "Gukovo" and "Donetsk" border crossing points.

"The vehicles with "cargo 200" or just "200" inscribed on them were passing through the border. A total of 21 such coffins have crossed [the border] over the year," Picard said at a press conference.

According to him, the observers cannot tell what exactly was in those vehicles because they were closed but such vehicles were recorded "on both sides of the border."
