 Lavrov expresses hope for agreement on removal of weapons under 100-mm

There is a hope that agreement will be reached on withdrawal of weapons under 100-mm from the demarcation line in the Donbas.

Shyrokyne demilitarization is also likely to be agreed upon. This was stated by the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov commenting on the recent Minsk negotiations of working subgroups of the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine, Censor.NET reports citing TASS.

"There is some progress (in Minsk talks - ed.) on economic, humanitarian issues. There is a hope that removal of weapons under 100-mm, as well as Shyrokyne demilitarization will also be agreed upon with further corresponding decisions," he said.
