 Terrorists violated cease-fire 99 times yesterday, - ATO press center

Russian terrorist troops continue to concentrate their fire activities near Donetsk.

This is reported by Censor.NET citing the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) press center.

"On Aug. 2, between 6 p.m. and midnight the enemy shelled Pisky, Avdiivka, and Opytne twice with 120-mm mortars. Besides, a tank fired at Pisky after 8 p.m.

"Over the past day, the terrorists got more active at the Mariupol direction, where it has been relatively calm over the past few days. At around 7 p.m. the militants shelled Novohryhorivka twice with 120-mm mortars. Starohnativka and Bohdanivka were also fired at with Minsk-banned mortars. Continuing their tactics of destroying Donbas infrastructure, mercenaries shelled Hranitne village three times with 122-mm artillery between 9:30 p.m. and 10:45 p.m.

"In total, the enemy has violated cease-fire for 99 times over the past day. Mercenaries used artillery five times, mortars 33 times, grenade launchers and small arms 81 times, and tanks five times. The ATO forces conducted return fire using weapons allowed by the Minsk agreements," the message reads.
