 Toshkivka resident wounded in militants’ attack

The ‘LPR’ militants don’t stop to shell Ukraine-controlled territories in the Luhansk region. After the recent attack one civilian was wounded and a couple of private houses were destroyed.

Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Luhansk region.

According to the report, yesterday, the 'LPR' terrorists shelled Toshkivka village with mortars from the village of Donetske and Kirovsk town. A roof of the house at 5 Horkyi Str. fell down, injuring 88-year-old local resident. Moreover, some of the residential buildings caught fire after the attack.

The village of Stanytsia Luhanska was shelled seven times from the Kniaz Ihor monument area, controlled by the 'LPR'. A couple of houses in the neighborhood caught fire or were damaged. Mazda car burned down during the shelling.

According to the article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the attack was qualified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as a "terrorist act".
