 Truce was violated 109 times as terrorists intensified attacks

The militants do not stop shelling the ATO forces’ positions with banned weapons. The terrorists have increased the number of attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops in the Artemivsk sector and near the city of Donetsk.

Yesterday, since 6 p.m. till 12 a.m., the militants have been shelling Ukrainian soldiers' positions with banned weapons. Ukrainian strongholds at Pisky village were shelled twice (7.35 p.m. and 10.50 p.m.) with 120mm mortars. The town of Avdiivka was fired twice from the same weapon. The militants fired at Opytne village from mortars, tanks and APCs two times as well.

The terrorists shelled the town of Mykolaivka in the Artemivsk sector with tanks from 7p.m. till 9 p.m.

"Following the scorched earth policy, the militants continue to shell civilian settlements with mortars. Thus, Verkhniotoretske and Avdiivka residents were shelled with mortars at 10 p.m.," the statement reads.

Yesterday, the militants violated the cease-fire for about 109 times. 70 attacks were registered at the Donetsk airport area. The terrorists didn't stop after the midnight.
