"Diamond” prosecutor Korniiets has been quietly released from custody on bail - Butusov

Korniiets would be in danger only if he began to testify.

Censor.NET Chief Editor Yurii Butusov wrote on Facebook.

"According to sources of Censor.NET in the Prosecutor General's Office, "diamond" prosecutor Oleksandr Korniiets has been quietly released from custody on bail. The Ukrainian servants of Themis were embarrassed neither by 104 diamonds, nor 12 hectares of land in the Kyiv vicinity, nor $850 thousand bank loan, nor businesses made over to his sister, nor possessive rights for 24 real estate items titled in straw men, nor even hunting weapon converted into assault rifle loaded with live ammunition. The Justice comes first!

"Guys, I'm in danger only if I talk. So it's useless threatening me with the Code for I'm a dead man if I tell you what you want to know," Korniiets told the Security Service operatives immediately after his detention.

"However there is no fuzzbuzz in the Parliament and no one sends "roaming tank" to the pretrial detention facility for some reason or carry out purging in the Prosecutor General's Office... Everything is in conformity with the law - the law for the rich prosecutors," Butusov wrote.
