Terrorists to “grant amnesty" to 2,000 criminals serving sentences in occupied territories, - Governor of Luhansk region

The terrorists are going to "grant amnesty" to 2,000 convicted criminals serving sentences in the occupied territory.

This was stated by Governor of the Luhansk region Heorhii Tuka on his page on Facebook, Censor.NET informs.

"According to available information, the terrorists make preparations for granting amnesty to 2,000 criminals serving their sentences in the occupied territories due to the lack of food despite the agreement on their transfer [to Ukraine's territory - ed.]. At the same time, the criminal cases of these individuals are not going to be handed over to the Ukrainian side. The convicts do not burst to go into action. However, these people are detained by border guards trying to get into the territory of Ukraine. The most incredible situation arises here: they have got no documents, there are no criminal cases, the court actually has nothing to lean on taking decision to remand them in custody..." Tuka wrote.
