It is noted that the Ukrainian members of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the cease-fire (JCCC) informed the representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on documented facts of the provocative attacks on the positions of the ATO forces and peaceful cities and villages committed by the pro-Russian militants.
It is noted that the number of the assaults conducted by the militants exceeded 100 today. In addition, the terrorists continue accumulating equipment and artillery of 100-mm caliber and heavier along the entire demarcation line.
"In particular, the militants committed shelling of Vuhlehirsk thermal power plant in the morning July 21. The attack was conducted from 152-mm caliber artillery, prohibited by the Minsk deal," Head of the Ukrainian side of JCCC Major-General Andrii Taran said.
According to him, the militants are pulling 122-mm and 152-mm artillery to the areas adjacent to the demarcation line.
