 Poroshenko held phone conversation with Merkel, Hollande and Putin

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko held a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

As reported by Censor.NET, this is announced by the presidential press service.

Poroshenko expressed concern about the growing escalation in the Donbas and called for proper implementation of the Minsk agreements. The president stressed that Ukraine, unlike the other party, fully follows the Minsk agreements.

The Ukrainian president stressed the need of the unconditional and immediate release of all hostages, including the citizens of Ukraine, who are illegally held in the territory of Russia, including Oleh Sentsov and Nadiia Savchenko.

The German chancellor and the French president emphasized the importance of passing the amendments to the Constitution as regards the decentralization of power.

According to the press service, the counterparts agreed to continue the dialogue in the coming week.
