"At the committee meeting we considered the issue of Vesti newspaper following the request of Ihor Huzhva. However, Huzhva didn't attend the meeting. Instead, representatives of prosecutor's office and state fiscal service came along with investigators. They were waiting for Huzhva, who had been presented suspicion of committing a crime under Part 12, Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (large-scale tax evasion). They say Huzhva is currently abroad, in Russia (of course), and technically he can't be announced of suspicion. So, they do it in public," Siumar wrote.

She also added that Huzhva managed to answer a call of Yurii Pavlenko right during the meeting. "I hope he will have a chance to provide law enforcement bodies with answers on sources of financing of the newspaper, as well as tax payments. We all need transperency here," Siumar resumed.
