It is noted that as of 6 a.m. Monday, July 13, the ATO forces' positions near Verkhniotoretske, Troitske, and Maiorske were shelled with 120-mm mortars. Artillery of 122-mm caliber was used to fire at Hirniak city, the Donetsk region.

"Pro-Russian gangs continue to shell residential areas with artillery. On July 12, terrorists were shelling Avdiivka with 122-mm howitzers for 30 minutes, and later with 120-mm mortars in the morning of Monday," the press center informed and added that "gangs' firing at civilians proves that these organizations' members are regular killers and looters.
