The message of Russian blogger Oleg Yarchuk reads: "The outskirts of Novoazovsk (urgent, extraordinary importance, level 3 report). The detachments of the Delfin 1st special group (the interservice team of intelligence detachments of Pacific and Northern Fleets of the Russian Federation) the chief of staff of the detachment was shot dead with a high power sniper gun during maneuvers in the waters. Deceased - 1"

The press service of the Azov Regiment explained that "this is entirely possible but it was not accomplished by the Regiment. The Azov Regiment has nothing to do with this incident. We cannot comment on the operations of other detachments," the press service of Azov Regiment said. Sector "M" press officer Yaroslav Chepurnyi confirmed this fact in the comment to the website of the city of Mariupol.
