Insufficient army supplies are a lie, state defense producer Ukroboronprom says

Ukroboronprom enterprises are ahead of schedule of signed contracts by 30%.

This was announced by first deputy of Ukroboronprom general director Serhii Pinkas on air of Channel 5, Censor.NET reports.

"There are contracts signed with schedules approved. Ukroboronprom is ahead of these schedules by more than 30%. Simply put, what was supposed to be supplied by June 30 has already been supplied in even larger quantities, more, by 30%," he said.

Commenting on ZN.ua article which cited a letter of Joint Staff Chief Viktor Muzhenko to Ukroboronprom enterprise [in which Muchenko stated that the company has not performed its obligations - ed.], Pinkas said: "To my mind, this is a planned provocation aimed at discrediting Ukroboronprom's image, which in general undermines national defense capability." Pinkas added that the information in the letter is not true.
