"Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk appealed to the parliamentary faction of the political party Batkivshchyna to consider the issue of Ihor Shevchenko's tenure of office and take an important political decision which is to be approved by the parliamentary coalition," Lubkivskyi said.

As reported earlier, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resourses Ihor Shevchenko confirmed that he returned from Nice, France, to Kyiv by plane belonging to MP, member of People's Will deputy group Oleksandr Onyshchenko.

"The situation was difficult, there were no flights from there. I knew the MP was also there, and that he had his plane in Nice, so I called him and asked for help. He agreed and I simply returned with him. I did not pay for it... No corruption here," the minister said.

Shevchenko also noted that he spent a weekend of June 6 and 7 abroad, which the Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk had been informed of.

It should be reminded that Shevchenko was appointed Minister of Environment and Natural Resources under the quota of the faction of the Batkivshchyna party.
