Ukraine intends to pay Russia its coupon yield under government domestic loan bonds taken in 2013 on June 22.

This was announced by Ukraine's Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko at a briefing, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"We will make the payment due," she said.

The amount of the payment is around $73.333 million.

Jaresko reminded that Ukraine continued to fulfill its obligations regarding external debts, but she hopes to agree on their restructure in the nearest future.

As reported earlier, Russia bought Ukraine's sovereign bonds worth $3 billion at the end of 2013. The loan is due by the end of 2015. The next coupon of $75 million is to be paid on June 20.
