Ukrainian soldier, scout Oleksandr Ponomariov was released today as a result of the joint work of the Group on Humanitarian Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Defense Ministry’s Department of Cooperation.
Censor.NET reports citing Advisor to Deputy Defense Minister Vasyl Budyk's statement on Facebook.
"The soldier was wounded in combat on April 17 and was taken prisoner," the official wrote.
