"The terrorists fired at the OSCE and JCCC observers with 82-mm mortars close to the bridge over Siverskyi Donets river, where the observers were measuring holes from previous militants' shelling. They were firing from Vesela Hora mountain held by 'LPR' militants," the report reads.

"The shells exploded in 200 meters from the observers. The monitoring mission was forced to retreat to a safe distance. There are no casualties; the vehicles are not damaged," the press center stated.

The shelling in the area is reported daily. Especially intense shelling with 120-mm and 82-mm mortars was on June 5 and 6. The Joint Center on Control and Coordination said that the militants violated the Minsk agreements especially boldly and demonstratively, threatening the peace settlement of the conflict in the east of Ukraine.
