 Chubarov: Putin prepares to carry arduous negotiations on Crimea. He will try to save his blushes

Head of the Mejlis, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deputy Refat Chubarov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin prepares to drive a hard bargain on Crimea.

Chubarov said in an interview with Apostrophe, Censor.NET reports.

"I am absolutely sure that both Putin and his entourage are preparing to drive a hard bargain on Crimea. They will try to save their face," Chubarov said. According to him, Crimea is being packed with sophisticated weapons including for international pressure.

"They will threaten to almost all southern part of NATO with these weapons: Turkey, Romania, and Bulgaria. I am not an expert in the field of armaments, but if one takes for granted those characteristics that the military experts provide, Russia poses a real threat today with its weapons to the mentioned countries, which are now forced to strengthen their defense capability," the head of the Mejlis said.
