One of the requirements for the international treaty on admitting units of armed forces of foreign states to the territory of Ukraine was amended term of stay - until achievement of the goal compared to previous wording that required clear definiteness and limited time.
The document also provides for the admission of foreign units, which are potential carriers of nuclear weapons or other types of weapons of mass destruction to the territory of Ukraine for a short-term deployment provided proper oversight by Ukraine (the previous edition allowed admission only provided proper reconstruction, which is certified by the relevant document).
The Parliament banned the admission of military units to Ukraine's territory for countries conducting armed aggression against it.
The basis for the denunciation of international treaties of Ukraine on temporary stay of foreign units in its territory is a contradiction of foreign armed units' deployment to Ukraine's national interests.
