Ukraine's Ambassador to EU Kostiantyn Yelisieiev called upon the EU authorities to properly react to events in the Ukrainian Marinka, the Donetsk region.

Ukraine's mission to EU informed on Thursday that in his address, the Ambassador noted that for the first time since the Debaltseve offensive, the Minsk agreements are under threat of total failure, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"The Marinka assault should become a jumping-off point for enhancement of sectoral sanctions against Moscow," Yelisieiev noted.
