This is what Yurii Butusov, the Editor-in-Chief of Censor.NET wrote on his Facebook page.
"There are people in each institution that give result notwithstanding the circumstances. An officer of Kharkiv Department of the Security Service of Ukraine obtained the rank of Colonel yesterday ahead of time for taking part in operation on liquidation of sabotage groups in the Kharkiv region. The operation began on April, 8. More than 30 kg of TNT, three latest silent sniper rifles "Vintorez", used by Russian special forces, Shmel portable rocket launchers, silent pistols, rifle SVD, about 20 automatic weapons, a lot of ammunition were confiscated," Butusov writes.
According to him, the most resonant terrorist attacks of the Russian special forces in the Kharkiv region, including tank explosions on railways, attack on the military Commissariat, night club explosion, volunteers' office attack, have been solved.

"It is especially important that terrorists who attacked Euromaidan march on February 22 have been detained. As a result of that awful crime three persons were killed. Lieutenant Colonel Vadym Rybalchenko died in the service, Euromaidan activist Ihor Tolmachov and a 15-year old boy died later. The commander of the sabotage group that did it is captured. The terrorist network created by the Russian special forces, that was acting for nearly a year, is eliminated. More than 20 terrorists are detained. I hope that not a single one of the killers will avoid court and further life imprisonment. These non-humans cannot be let free even on exchange. It stimulates impunity by the terrorists," - Butusov points out.
Besides, he informed that all the detained are Ukrainian citizens that went through commando training in schools of the Chief Intelligence Department of the Russian Federation General Staff in Belgorod and the Rostov region.
"The enemy continues to send assassins to Ukrainian cities. The secret war goes on," the Censor.NET Editor-in-Chief sums up.
