"The terrorists won't get any food from our side until they release the prisoners and stop shelling. All our citizens who understand the situation shall leave for the free territory of Ukraine," Lutsenko said.
According to him, not a single refugee family in the territory of the Luhansk region lives in the open - they live in difficult conditions, but have a roof over their heads.
"Right now, the militants receive all the food from Ukraine - drinks, canned food, meat and so on. Of course the prices are higher. But the food is delivered by Ukrainian citizens who corrupt our checkpoints on the way, who in turn corrupt Kyiv officials, since for some reason the permission to pass is granted by Kyiv, not by local service," the MP said.
"Large industrial enterprises registered in Ukraine will carry their cargo and pay taxes. But cargo with food and consumer goods shall not go to the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk region. It is a solid decision of the president," Lutsenko said.
According to him, when the militants lay down their arms and return the captives, Russia withdraws its troops and equipment, and Ukraine is able to control the external borders, the internal demarcation line will disappear.
