This was announced today by spokesman of the OSCE mission in Ukraine Michael Bociurkiw on Radio Vesti, Censor.NET reports.
"I must stress that the immediate presence of observers in the conflict areas is very important. Last week, on Thursday-Friday, our monitors encountered four armed men in camouflage with patches of Russian military units, and saw equipment with Russian license plates and identification marks in the area of Donetsk. These people were not happy to see the observers, but we reported it," Bociurkiw said.
He added that he considered it important to stress this information "because [people] in social networks often accused us of blindness, that we did not notice some things.... This is an example of the fact that we do notice," the spokesman said.
