According to him, most of OSCE officers clearly understand the situation in the ATO zone, except for Russian representatives.
"Months of joint work with OSCE gave me certainty that absolute majority of OSCE officers who work in the ATO zone are very understanding and unprejudiced. Even more, if there is no RF representative in the group, no representatives who sympathize Russia, this group is absolutely impartial, it gives unprejudiced information," Rozmaznin said.
"We don't have any alternative to OSCE as of today, but as long as Russia is not accepted as the party of the conflict, its representatives will not be excluded from the OSCE Mission. We've got to do everything in order to exclude the RF representatives, we've got to prove that they are the conflict party," he pointed out.
Earlier, the AP spokesperson on the ATO matters Andrii Lysenko said that the fighters were using the OSCE symbols to enable their movements along the contact line.
