 Terrorists refused access for OSCE mission, which arrived to assess possibility of holding local elections in Donbas – Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry

Terrorists haven’t let OSCE observers, who were going to assess possibilities of organizing the elections, into the occupied territory of the Donbas.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Ambassador at Large Dmytro Kuleba announced, Censor.NET informs citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"The OSCE Human Rights Assessment Mission has not been granted access to certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions," Kuleba said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

He said that the mission was visiting Ukraine from May 17 to May 22 at the invitation of the Ukrainian side and its purpose was to assess the security situation for holding local elections.
