 Kharkiv shooter has moved to another gas station and demands safe passage to the "DPR" – Interior Ministry

The shooter who killed two people and seized hostages in Liubotyn city in the Kharkiv region refused to surrender and moved to another gas station together with the hostages.

The Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported an Ukrinform correspondent, Censor.NET informs.

"The attacker together with the hostages has moved to another gas station not far from the one where he had previously captured people. He has taken three hostages according to updated information," the department noted.

According to police, Kharkiv Regional State Administration Head Ihor Rainin has arrived at the scene.

Some reports say the attacker demands to provide him a safe passage to the "DPR".
