 Riga summit final document to mention Ukrainian conflict and Russia’s actions - Prime Minister of Finland

The participants of the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga will mention Ukrainian conflict and actions of the Russian Federation in the final statement.

At the same time it is not the main issue of the discussion, Finland's Prime Minister Alexander Stubb stated on Friday, Censor.NET informs citing Interfax-Ukraine.

He told reporters in Riga that the actions of Russia in the Crimean peninsula and others will be mentioned in the statement.

At the same time Alexander Stubb said that this issue is not the summit's key one.

He added that the meeting attendees will discuss Russia's and Ukraine's topics among others on Friday

Stubb stressed that the summit is designed to promote cooperation with six countries of the Eastern Partnership - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, while the aim of the EU is stable democratic and economically prosperous neighboring countries.
