 Ukraine's Interior Ministry urges Mayor Klychko to make inventory of all Kyiv construction sites and audit the documentation of developers

Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukrainehas requested the mayor of Kyiv, Head of Kyiv City Administration Vitalii Klychko to make an inventory of Kyiv construction sites and initiate the auditing of developers' documentation.

This is stated in the appeal of Oleksandr Tereshchuk, Head of the Main MIA Department in Kyiv, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"We appeal to you with the urgent request to make an inventory of Kyiv construction sites and initiate the auditing of developers' documentation as well as specify which of these sites have properly issued permits and which ones do not at a meeting of the special commission of Kyiv City State Administration. And make this information public," the appeal reads.

Besides, the Ministry is asking the Kyiv City State Administration to hold open public hearings conserning the notorious construction sites.

"The Kyiv police will further ensure the order and security in our city deal with the acts of aggression and stop confrontations, but it will not judge any disputes between the commercial developers and the city community, " Tereshchuk stated in the appeal.

The police has also warned about the possibility of further conflicts at similar construction sites.

It is known that Kyiv City State Administration is going to review the previous leasing contracts on the disputable sites.
