SBU does not believe the latest Odesa explosions are terrorist acts and calls them an attempt to spread panic

Ukraine's Security Service does not render the latest explosions in Odesa terrorist acts and states that the security situation in the city is under control of the Ukrainian law enforcers.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by SBU Head adviser Markiian Lubkivskyi on his Facebook page.

"The security situation in the city is under total control of law enforcers. There are no reasons to worry. In Odesa, our best professionals continue to operate. At the same time, there are attempts to spread panic, including by spreading false information. We know well who is doing that, and find those related to the blows-up," Lubkivskyi said.
