 All hostages must be released, including Nadiya Savchenko and Oleh Sentsov - NATO-Ukraine Commission

The NATO-Ukraine Commission (NUC) called on the Russian Federation to release all hostages and unlawfully detained persons held by Russia as soon as posible.

Evropeiska Pravda reports citing joint statement of the NUC, which was published after the meeting of the Commission in Belek, Turkey, Censor.NET informs.

The political prisoners were equated to hostages taken by the separatists by a joint decision of the Alliance and Ukraine: "Russia must use its influence over the separatists to ensure that they abide by the terms of the Minsk agreements. All hostages and unlawfully detained persons must be released, including Nadia Savchenko and Oleg Sentsov," the statement reads.
