One of the leaders of the 'DPR' terrorists, "deputy defense minister" Sergei Velikorodny is wanted in Russia on charges of "large scale fraud or one committed by an organized group" under Part 4 of the Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainska Pravda.

Several separatists' news outlets noted that Velikorodny, who ran the "military display" in Donetsk on May 9, was the "Colonel" and "volunteer from Russia, who participated in battles from the first days, back in the time when Sloviansk was seized."

However, according to the official website of Russia's Interior Ministry Main Directorate in Moscow, Sergei Velikorodny has been on the wanted list since August 2012 under Part 4 of the Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
