Russian militants violated cease-fire 11 times. They committed shelling from large-caliber mortars in the evening and at night

The illegal armed groups violated the armistice 11 times from 6 p.m. to midnight May 6. Like in previous days, the enemy conducted intense shelling of the Ukrainian troops’ positions from 120-mm and 82-mm mortars.

The militants shelled Pisky, Maiorsk, and Hranitne villages. The terrorists committed heavy attacks on the Ukrainian Army positions in the city of Shchastia and Troitske village in the Luhansk region from the automatic grenade launchers and small arms, Censor.NET reports.

The gangs committed two strikes on the positions near Kriakivka and Orikhove-Donetske villages from 82-mm mortars. Two enemy drones that flew in the direction of Kramatorsk were recorded as well.

The multiethnic monitoring team of observers, who are going to study the social and political situation in the conflict zone for two weeks and contribute to the search for ways out of the crisis, started working in the ATO area.
