 President’s Administration claims it has settled all controversial issues on Right Sector’s joining the Armed Forces of Ukraine; incident with encirclement of their base being investigated

The Administration of the President of Ukraine declares the settlement of all the disputes concerning the accession of the Ukrainian volunteer corps Right Sector into the armed forces.

Presidential Administration deputy head Andrii Taranov told journalists, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"All issues regarding the [Right Sector's] voluntary accession to the Armed Forces as the separate detachment are solved at the moment," he said.

Taranov noted that Verkhovna Rada deputy Dmytro Yarosh is currently holding negotiations with First Deputy Chief of the General Staff Serhii Bessarab.

In addition, the administration deputy head stressed that the incident with the encirclement of the Right Sector's base by the army in the Dnipropetrovsk region was being investigated.

It should be reminded that the Right Sector has reported of its base in Velykomykhailivka village in Pokrovskyi district of the Dnipropetrovsk region being blocked by the servicemen from the 25th and 95th Airborne Brigades of the Armed Forces on April 28.
