Russia has not implemented any of the items of Minsk agreements and increased its military presence in Ukraine – Foreign Ministry

As of April 21, the Russian Federation has not implemented any of the items of the Minsk agreement, and Russian military and terrorist troops have not observed the cease-fire in the Donbas for even a day.

This was stated by Foreign Ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"In recent days, we often hear Russian officials of various ranks alleging Ukraine's non-compliance with the Minsk agreements. None of these allegations are supported by any facts and constitute unfounded rhetoric designed to support anti-Ukrainian hysteria in Russian society," Perebyinis said.

"However, based on facts and objective data, including data from the OSCE SMM, we can safely say that Russia itself has not implemented any of the Minsk agreement items," he added.

Perebyynis stressed that Russian military and terrorist troops have not observed the cease-fire for even a day, constantly shelling the Ukrainian servicemen.
