 Poroshenko to meet with Hollande over peacekeepers introduction in Donbas – presidential administration

One of the aims of Poroshenko’s visit to France is coordination of a peacekeeping mission introduction in the Donbas with Paris.

Next week, the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will visit France and discuss the issue of peacekeeping force in Ukraine with Francois Hollande. This was announced today at a briefing by Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Valerii Chalyi, Censor.NET reports citing LigaBusinessInform.

"The president will pay a visit to France next week. One of the aims of the visit is coordination of actions with France on many issues, in particular, on the peace plan, peacekeeping effort, bilateral cooperation. I do not exclude that other international meetings may be held after this one just next week," he said.

Chalyi also said that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko holds regular phone conversations with the participants of the Normandy Four, as well as with the U.S. authorities.
