Yatseniuk accused Russia of Minsk cease-fire deal violation: "We are shelled, we suffer losses again"

The PM puts blame for violation of the Minsk accords reached Feb. 12 on Russia.

He said this at a meeting of the Cabinet, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"I am deeply concerned that Russia does not observe the Minsk agreement. We are shelled, we suffer losses again. The key requirement to the Russian Federation is the fulfillment of what it has endorsed. The first and main condition which was in the Minsk arrangement was the cease-fire. It is not observed," the prime minister said.

However, Yatseniuk noted that the Ukrainian side complies with the agreement and is ready to discuss local elections and other entries of the agreement, but the other party must also adhere to it.
