 Defense Ministry ‘supply managers’ to pass lie detector test

Employees of depots and warehouses of the Ministry of Defense will pass an extraordinary re-evaluation and a polygraph test by decision of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak.

Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the Defense Ministry.

"Taking in consideration efficiency analysis of managerial personnel and workers of depots and warehouses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian Defense Minister, Colonel-General Stepan Poltorak decided to hold an extraordinary re-evaluation of these employees for their compliance with the position and due fulfillment of assigned duties," the statement reads.

The Defense Ministry said that the analysis of relevant services indicates that those positions have been recently occupied by servicemen who had had no career progress in combat detachments.

"So, the decision to further use services of this category of officers will be based on results of the relevant committees, and after the person in question pass comprehensive lie detector test," the press service added.
