"In the course of investigative actions, the following was seized from one of the heads of the company: 1,195,000 hryvnia ($46,000), a Kalashnikov with ammunition, accounting documents, and 19 different stamps. This manager was arrested under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine," he wrote.
In addition, Abroskin noted that law enforcers have enough evidence of criminal acts committed by the top management of the company.
"The state suffered damage in the amount of 52 million hryvnia ($2 million). This money would have been enough to pay miners' wages. And 500 employees of the company would not have protested in late March in Dymytrov because of wage debts," he added.
