Stoietskyi's lawyer Stanislav Tsvetynskyi told Ukrainski Novyny, Censor.NET reports.
"The appeal is being prepared, the person is released," he said.
Tsvetynskyi turned off the question on the amount of the bail.
The Pechersk district court in Kyiv previously arrested ex-deputy head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Vasyl Stoietskyi for two months with the possibility of posting a bail of 1.2 million hryvnia. Stoietskyi's defense intends to appeal the decision of Pechersk district court in Kyiv on his arrest.
