"Exchange of prisoners is a process, it goes on with difficulties, but the work does not stop. I am opposed to give any assessments to this process, since the families, wives, and mothers are waiting for their loved ones to come back home. The work continues. It has different rates at different stages, but no one gives up," he said.
"We are working. I cannot say that the process has stopped. The negotiation process continues," Lubkivskyi added.
Earlier, advisor to the Defense Ministry Vasyl Budik stated that the prisoner exchange negotiations were deadlocked.
