 PGO submitted indictment against Kernes to the court

Prosecutor General's Office took indictment against Hennadii Kernes to the court. Mayor of Kharkiv is accused of kidnapping, torture, and death threats.

Censor.NET informs citing the Prosecutor General's Office press service.

The Prosecutor General's Office clarified that the court received the indictment against Kernes and his guards V. Blinnik and E. Smytskyi.

They are accused of committing crimes under the parts 2 and 3 of the Article 27 and part 2 of the Article 146 (the illegal deprivation of freedom or kidnapping), parts 2 and 3 of the Article 27 and part 2 of the Article 127 (torture), parts 2 and 3 of the Article 27 and part 1 of the Article 129 (death threat) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
